Running Waters

Here I am again, siting on the edge of a water brook the sound of pitter patter and small splashes brings a smile to my face. Watching how peacefully blissful the water seems to slides ever oh so gently over the oddly shaped rocks. There lay still enjoying all season in peaceful and blissful running waters.

Strong

What makes  a strong person?

A person that will love, even when there have been hurt so many times before.
A person that will smile through the tear and face another day.
A person that will stand, when everyone else will not.
A person that will overcome all obstacles, and will move forward and onward to your dreams.

That person is you.

It time to move

It time to move along your way now. Whatever happen way back when was so long ago, why dwell on something that already past. My friends is time to move along; it's time to move forward and onward as one person puts it. Something better is waiting for you.

Hum and Buzz

The hum and buzz of the city rages on, more frequently these day. As we enter in to these warmer months; love is in the air as one man puts it. Warm hot summer days and cool refreshing nights, make a flood of blissful memories come back to me of days gone by.  

Land of the Living

It is a beautiful feeling to be in the land of the living. Even in the worst of times,we are alive living the life we are to live. Oh it is a beautiful feeling to be in the land of the living.

Living in the Clouds

As I continued on my usual rout out of the city core after a long day at school, I see in the distance a sky scraper. A new apartment building; the whole city has been talking about. The building looked new with glimmering windows, that sparkled just right when tears of sunlight slipped though the silhouettes of the other tall buildings. And I thought to myself as I stand there with a look of wishful thinking; head cocked to the side, I wounder what it would be like to live in the clouds way up high. I smiled at the thought as I watched my feet in motion once again. I'll never know till I get up there, I said with a grin on my face.

Crimson Sky

A crimson pink sky looms over me, as I stare with hopeful eyes of a new tomorrow. All is well, all is well my heart proclaims. Fear of the unknown may cloud my mind, but all it well, all is well my heart proclaims once more with authority. Fear not, for he is with you always.

Age

Age is just a number, age means that you are a year older then the year before. You may have the age; a new number, but I have the wisdom.

Little Girl

There was a little girl that many say, was the little girl who never was and never will be. I was that little girl. But here I stand proudly and doing well.

The source of Confidence

Do you want know why you don't have any confidence?
 I'll tell you. It's because you have no confidence in God. The minute you stop looking for confidence in this physical world and just  pray and have faith that he will give you want you need, in this case confidence. Everything that held you back before because of this issue will be a fading memory of the person that was shy, and scared to experience life at its best. God is your source of confidence. You should get to know him, it will do you some good.   

Summer's Day

The smell of sea water lingers in the air; salty and cool teases the senses. A light breeze drift though the trees; ruffling the leafs oh so gently creating a beautiful summer song of memory's of summers gone by. oh how I love that song , and long to hear once more.

Keep it simple

Do you want to know why your live is, the was it is? I'll tell you. Its because we try to overachieve, and impress the people around us.

Let me tell you a little about myself. As long as I can remember I always wanted to going to Paris. Because not only would it be an awesome trip, but I always thought of Paris being such a whimsical place. Like a fat kid love cake; I love whimsical places.

What makes this place so "whimsical"?

Well....I have never been there before, but people I know who when to Paris tell me that, the people there are very simple. I'm sure my friends have came across the occasional snobby french person but, everywhere has those kinds of people. I think its the simplicity of how the french live and see things, why it seem so whimsical and free to me.

So.......what's your point?

My point is, if we learn how to be more simple we can eliminate all the complications of living our lives. Life can be fun, once you get rid of the things that make it complicated.
For example:
Girls want to buy the most expensive clothing and wear as much make-up as possible. Hoping that this, can give them some sort confidence or attention from the man of there dreams. When that doesn't work, they feel sorry for themselves.
For men its the same thing (minus the make-up.....I hope.) instead they rather boast and brag about how much weight  they can pump in the gym or how wasted they got at that party and might have slept with that chick with the expensive close and who wears all that make-up. I find it amusing when you ask these people how they are doing, there that the never to say; "it's complicated." Hmm........... I wonder why.

What I'm trying to make clear is, maybe we should learn from our french brothers and sisters; having a simple life style. Don't change your personality, just instead eliminate what makes life so complicated  and live a free life; the life you always wanted.

A very quite hush falls on a vacant city street. The night air was cold and in a way refreshing at the same time. I stopped and looked up to a sky that had no stars but only one, snow started to fall softly. The silhouettes of the tall buildings began to fade, I continued  on my way though these lonely street to where I call home; where the warmth of a fire awaits me at the front door.
